Ideal crushed or minced and mixed in sauces, creams, rice dishes, and risottos. Baked or sautéed in sesame oil, sugar and salt. Blanched – wrap around fish as papillote. Chopped on salads or toast. In scrambled eggs, croquettes, pies. Blended in smoothies or juices.
